Welcome back to Marsh House. Construction is almost complete, and on today's tour, we'll be learning more about the unique model of these permanently affordable accessible apartment homes.
Marsh House will bring 26 apartment homes to the heart of Waterbury's downtown. In collaboration with Downstreet Housing & Community Development, three apartments will be reserved for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. These apartments can be adapted to fit the individual needs of its residents—making Marsh House and its services an asset to Central Vermont.
