What is Vermont Comforts of Home?
Vermont Comforts of Home provides high quality, individualized care for adults eligible for the Adult Family Care program under Vermont’s Choices for Care initiative. We work to develop community-based options of care for people requiring a nursing home level of support.
Who does Vermont Comforts of Home serve?

Those who qualify for Medicaid, as well as those interested in a private pay option

Those who are 18 years of age or older and require extensive assistance with any of the following:
